A.R.S. Elettromeccanica was founded in 1980 by a handicraft company specialised in the production in small solenoids used in the industrial valves and automotive components sectors. Today it has a technical staff to develop, design, industrialise and produce parts suitable for all kinds of electric servo controls. It already was certified to ISO 9002 standards, when in 2003 it obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification. On 1st April 2006 it was taken over by the firm Biemmedue S.p.A. to become part of the M.T.M. industrial group. This important operation places A.R.S. in a nucleus of firms capable of engineering and manufacturing complex parts, especially in the automotive field. The firm consists of its top management, organisation, technical, sales and administrative departments as well as production facilities, with a total payroll of 50.
